not joking, my 3 little cousins have a dog (bought from a shelter). The eldest and the youngest (but mostly the eldest... the youngest is just being a sheep) are really retarded.
Last time I went at their place (for christmas), they were like "C'mon, attack! Attack!" all while irritating the dog to the point that he snaps at them.
