I was driving to work yesterday and stopped because there was a kitty (with a collar), let him scurry across the road.
Thought about what I'd do to the person who hurt my own kitty. I'd break every goddamn bone in their hands.
I'd do the same with a dog

Honestly, don't know why people don't put their dogs on leashes unless it's fenced in private land..
