No you can hear him mumbling sometimes but that's about it he doesn't talk much

2020-01-20 22:47:52 UTC

Think grumpy old man in a retirement home and you have his personality basically

2020-01-20 22:47:57 UTC

Shieeeeet

2020-01-20 22:48:13 UTC

I was gonna say you should ask him if it's him making you feel dreadful

2020-01-20 22:48:43 UTC

No wouldn't be him, he's never done anything like that before

2020-01-20 22:49:07 UTC

In the 9 years I've stayed in this house

2020-01-20 22:50:45 UTC

Huh

2020-01-20 22:50:51 UTC

Well do you think he'd know what it was

2020-01-20 22:50:55 UTC

With his fuckin like

2020-01-20 22:51:02 UTC

Super big brain ghost foresight

2020-01-20 22:52:34 UTC

Doubt it he's more amused by our toaster than anything else

2020-01-20 22:54:15 UTC

Makes sense, probably died before toasters

2020-01-20 22:54:16 UTC

The poor bastard.

2020-01-20 22:54:28 UTC

hmm, not to make you more paranoid, but take a quick inventory of health, maybe think about your diet around those events. though more likely it's just a general perceptive rut you keep looping around back to every so often, and will generally tend to wear/go away out if you don't over focus on it. Portents usually have a less general impression along with them.

2020-01-20 22:56:10 UTC

or it could be something like apnea infrequently waking you up, and being slightly oxygen starved causing the sensation

2020-01-20 22:56:23 UTC

which that kind of thing can happen if your weight has been fluctuating

2020-01-20 22:58:19 UTC

Well I've woken up with hallucinations. Might be lack of oxygen like you said. I've lost over 5kg in the last month and a half so I doubt weight loss would cause breathing issues, even with the weight loss I feel great

2020-01-20 22:58:43 UTC

loss, usually not

2020-01-20 22:58:48 UTC

and not that small an amount

2020-01-20 22:59:25 UTC

have gas detectors?

2020-01-20 23:00:04 UTC

We don't have gas in the house

2020-01-20 23:00:38 UTC

not the only kind of gas you might want to look for in the air

2020-01-20 23:00:48 UTC

though that depends a lot on bedrock

2020-01-20 23:01:43 UTC

>lost over 5kg in the last month
Are you overweight or something?

2020-01-20 23:01:44 UTC

No offense though

2020-01-20 23:02:16 UTC

Doubt it, we're next to a dam and the nearest mine is about 40km away, there hasn't been reports of any gas in our town

2020-01-20 23:02:35 UTC

k, just checking shit off

2020-01-20 23:03:44 UTC

@Amerikek a bit overweight but with 2kg or so nothing major, started managing portions and snacking less.

2020-01-20 23:04:13 UTC

Huh

2020-01-20 23:04:29 UTC

As long as you're eating a healthy amount of food you should be fine

2020-01-20 23:05:08 UTC

Yeah it's the midnight snacks that got to me😅

2020-01-20 23:05:22 UTC

2,000 calories per day is the average

2020-01-20 23:05:28 UTC

So if you can, try and count calories

2020-01-20 23:06:52 UTC

2k is average if you're active all day

2020-01-20 23:07:14 UTC

if you're exercising regularly, you want more than that

2020-01-20 23:07:26 UTC

if you're relatively inactive, you want a little less

2020-01-20 23:08:14 UTC

^

2020-01-20 23:08:39 UTC

Calorie counting was the devil to me, I'd count the calories and if I was over I'd skip a meal. So now I'd rather eat until I'm full but in smaller portions, if that makes sense. Retrain your brain, I'm not going hungry but I'm also not over indulging. Once I'm back at uni I'm starting with my cycling again

2020-01-20 23:09:16 UTC

Weight has been a problem my whole life so to actually manage it, was difficult at first

2020-01-20 23:10:38 UTC

i don't eat a lot, but I sit on my ass all day most days, meal and a half average, and have held a stable weight. though if i'm really active, I will eat a lot more.

2020-01-20 23:10:49 UTC

i try to train it around how much i'm using
