Sometimes I do some light bodyweight stuff as pre-rehab for a knee surgery that keeps getting pushed back
Unweighted squats and yoga stuff.
I used to have a mixed routine of body weight and low weight (70-100 lbs) weightlifting with running cycling and sport specific exercise

I stopped exercising though when my depression peaked and haven't started since, but I've unfucked other aspects of my life. Weight's sliding off little by little. I should start again, though.
