If you know how to stretch protein out, score some expired protein from a GNC on the cheap.

2018-10-31 08:18:26 UTC

ON's fucky with their Supplements but their Whey is still pretty top notch

2018-10-31 12:48:35 UTC

Good to know

2018-11-13 03:22:47 UTC

@Maj. Asshole have a fit day!

2018-11-13 04:40:32 UTC

Tfw marine corps won’t take me at 6’4” and 240 because of my tattoo. I wear a 34 and a medium in M65s my guys. How can I get to 230 quick?

2018-11-13 04:59:36 UTC

Take a shit and don't drink water right before your test. Go dehydrated as fuck. My issue was the opposite so I held in a shit.

2018-11-13 04:59:57 UTC

Run. Swim. Swimming and a diet change does wonders.

2018-11-13 06:27:29 UTC

I needed to drop 20 before the Army, work out with your recruiter's office, run on your off time, change of diet, no soda or beer.
As far as foods I had spinach salads for 2 meals a day garnished sparingly with ranch dressing and croutons

2018-11-13 06:29:16 UTC

Salads are a meme

2018-11-13 06:29:30 UTC

Have you tried eating food with higher protein

2018-11-13 06:30:44 UTC

Worked for me

2018-11-13 06:31:24 UTC

Well. If it works I don’t have much to say then

2018-11-13 06:31:40 UTC

How much have you dropped so far

2018-11-13 06:31:49 UTC

You guys tried Apple Cider Vinegar pills?

2018-11-13 06:32:02 UTC

Nah

2018-11-13 06:32:33 UTC

They're not bad, keeps hunger down for the most part although some of it might be placebo

2018-11-13 06:33:13 UTC

Went from 210 to hovering around 182 before I went to MEPS

2018-11-13 06:34:00 UTC

Then spent 7 days in processing without being able to work out much at all, rip

2018-11-13 09:53:15 UTC

If he can lose 10 pounds the USMC will do the rest

2018-11-13 17:48:49 UTC

10lbs shouldn't be a problem, just has to make sure he can do a certain amount of pull ups, push ups ect. They were testing for that at my MEPS for some reason, that or just torturing recruits, it's kind of a toss up

2018-11-13 17:58:23 UTC

Nope, they've always done that.

2018-11-13 17:58:31 UTC

They tested us at MEPS back in 2014

2018-11-13 18:03:49 UTC

For the Marines?

2018-11-13 18:07:55 UTC

Yes

2018-11-13 18:07:58 UTC
2018-11-13 18:08:15 UTC

You should get tested on pullups, situps, and pushups.

2018-11-13 18:08:25 UTC

Gotcha, the Army doesn't have such requirements before Basic

2018-11-13 18:08:27 UTC

Then they should weigh you, make you duck walk, fart while an old man looks at your asshole

2018-11-13 18:08:39 UTC

Then when you go to ship off, you go to the Marine Liason or whatever the fuck his position is there actually and he checks your weight and paperwork, it's a fog because it's so long ago but, you should sign some shit

2018-11-13 18:08:42 UTC

Stay in a hotel, ship to boot

2018-11-13 18:08:56 UTC

And unlike the Army, you're separated from the female recruits.

2018-11-13 18:09:02 UTC

Moisturize before you go into MEPS but not enough that your skin is overly oily

2018-11-13 18:09:23 UTC

They tried to get me for eczema

2018-11-13 18:09:34 UTC

They try to get you for anything

2018-11-13 18:09:41 UTC

That's why when you go to MEPS, you're an olympian

2018-11-13 18:09:52 UTC

You don't have ADHD, Asthma, never stubbed a toe, and never smoked pot

2018-11-13 18:09:59 UTC

Also your family is descended from Zeus

2018-11-13 18:10:41 UTC

Yeah they saw a small red mark on my arm and scheduled a dermatologist for 3 months out

2018-11-13 18:11:43 UTC

I almost couldn't piss at MEPS, that was about my only trouble

2018-11-13 18:12:30 UTC

But yeah, ~~~ALWAYS TELL THE TRUTH~~~ *lie your ass off*

2018-11-13 18:12:58 UTC

Except with any criminal portions
