come on man
If you want to get pregnant, then why would you want an abortion?
Forcing someone to carry on an unwanted pregnancy, or forcing them to seek out an unsafe abortion, is a violation of their human rights, including the rights to privacy and bodily autonomy.
I don't see where your going with this. Abortion violates the right to life and if you willingly engaged in activities which would lead to a pregnancy you didn't want then it's your own fault.
Consenting to such activities is consenting to the possibility of pregnancy and giving birth
i will say it again, forcing someone to carry on an unwanted pregnancy is a breach of human rights lol
you talk a lot about the fetuses rights but don't talk about the pregnant womans rights?
why's that?
@Marker I just said, if you willingly engage in activities which would lead to a pregnancy you didn't want then it's your own fault. If you didn't want a pregnancy, you had the option to avoid engaging in such activities.
The only exception I see to this is in the case of rape
so therfore abortion over all should be illegal?
that doesn't make sense mate
isn't liberty a human right as well?
They consented to the activity, meaning they are also consenting to the possible affects of it. That choice is a liberty and the fetus an't consent to be aborted, can it?
it can't because it can't even speak
its not alive, its not there
So can we then kill already born children because they can't speak yet?
Don't abort it in the first place. If you don't want it, place it up for adoption after birth
that is an option yes but abortion is a right that women deserve and need for their safety
As I have said multiple times now, women consented to the activities which could result in pregnancy, meaning they consented to the possible results of them. If they didn't consent (as in the case of rape), then it's harder to answer if abortion is alright
The moment a fetus has either brain activity or a heartbeat, it should be considered a living organism.
That doesn't matter, the right to safe abortion is more important than your personal beliefs. As I said 47000 women die every year because of unsafe abortions
Also bodily autonomy mates
@Kraiser Life begins at conception there's been no proof to contradict it
So trample one right to create a new one?
Abortion isn't a human right
When a person is a person is a philosophical question and shouldn't be an argument for or against abortions
As I stated, life for an *organism*, not a multicellular being. When it has working organs, I consider it to be a living animal.
@Marker it somewhat is, for if you were to abort a living being, wouldn't that ultimately be murder?
