Them workouts were brutal
Lifting for yourself is a beautiful thing
When I started lifting for myself I changed my expectations. I no longer wanted to massively bulk up and instead wanted the tone figure of ancient Greek statues
My body was hand chiseled by GAWD
Yes, it's the most beautiful thing you can do as a man. If you cultivate your body naturally, you'll get so much respect it's insane. You need to do it for yourself though. At some point the Halo effect will make your life a lot easier. The extra energy and better looks makes your dating life easier, but don't use it as crutch.
My close friend said he would only be motivated to work out if he had expensive workout clothes, compression stuff, etc. I told him his priorities were off and he said "I don't care what you think." People do 0 research and/or are dumb about exercise
Yeah the halo effect is a real thing
For jobs, friendships, dating, productivity
I've never had skinny fat I've always been lean
It's funny how most people start lifting for shallow reasons, or because they are unconfident. The guys who stick to it for 10 years, find that they keep training for completely other reasons by the end of it and they are the ones who actually cash in on it.
I want to get fit to have a healthier better feeling body
Hahhahaha.
I bet.
And an easier workload
Cuz more fitness means less physical struggle
If I was over 6' I would be in the gym daily and forcing my way into modeling/acting agencies
You can still do porn.
The tiny penis makes porn difficult
Oh so 6" was the penis size
Sorr
Lel
Anyone here who does a lot of cardio?
I *did* a lot of cardio
What are the effects of it on your energy levels?
Running away from cops puts your blood pumping
It was hypothetical anyway. I'll never be over 6'
I can maybe go for a workout on Saturday morning only cuz 5 - 5 job, is that good enough?
Anything is better than nothing, but that's probably not ideal
<@430414946023505941> I'm also a fan of stronglifts 5x5. That's how I was able to squat insane amounts
Now it's probably max 120KG (haven't really tried. It used to be max 190-200kg
Those are the perks of being a manlet though 😃
Manlets like us have that one perk
Does working I freight for 10 hrs a day count as a workout
wow neat polish conversation
whats the convo in here
Yes <@430414946023505941> I'm still the strongest guy walking around the gym. Feels pretty good. Doesn't have any other perks though besides respect.
Yes, but I don't like bragging
Most people wouldn't expect me to be some nerd while lifting this hard. It's weird.
Hmm.
What are you talking about?
