Blizzard: Let's introduce a character that is a healer, tank, and dps all at the same time with 2 CCs and no mechanical skill required, this will make people want to play our game competitively for sure!

Tbh, overwatch was meant to be an accessible competitive first person shooter, brig was just given such a low bar to insta kill anyone at any notice

When the game came out like 2-3 characters had CC

now literally every new character has CC

Overwatch had a good run

you cannot even play anchor tank effectively anymore

In my opinion I would instant suck daddy Jeff dick if they reverted all of brigs nerfs to release, and then they make it so her shield breaks when you hit the charge, which means that she has to be in a safe spot to insta kill you or she loses her shield entirely

TFM did a video on it a year or so ago

You get stunned, frozen, booped, uppercut, whipped, shield bashed, hooked, frozen, booped, knocked back and set on fire

it applies to male spaces in general

then you get shattered because you got booped 40ft in the air

then you get hooked into mei ult

then you get pushed into a corner with hog ult

then winston ults and knocks you off the map

I spent more time in the air then on the ground as reinhardt

the competitive matching system is what's killing it

Which mean that she can still do her role of creating a no go zone for roamers but she can’t just Walt’s into a team and stun their reindhardt without having protection to fall back on, at very worst she becomes a martyr

it really could have been a great game

I don't like the fact that they wanted a low skill counter for roamers, roamers are already hard to play. Plus we already has winston, mccree, mei, etc.

it actually worked OK until they removed performance based rating

that completely broke the matchmaking
