Can you describe the experience

I disticinctively remember waking up one night when I was a kid, and seeing the grim reaper floating in my door way, when I screamed for dad I just wheezed again and again

Years later I found out about sleep paralysis

My vc froze

And I'm about to clock out

Had another experience panicked for a moment then realised it was sleep paralysis and went back to sleep I think

I’ve experienced it a couple of times as well

Maybe 4 or five times

Most of the time for me it’s I wake up realize I can’t move, realize I’m having sleep paralysis, and then try my hardest to wake up from it

Meanwhile the demons just standing their oddly confused your ignoring him while you make dragon ball screams trying to wake up

Actually there was one time where I saw a shadow person, and it was at the foot of my bed, but as soon as I saw it I woke up, scary shit

Sleep paralysis is scary. Never had it since though
