These people have been on twitter for weeks systematically destroying every defence their lawyers could use for them one by one.
They're still in the very early stages.
I think the most news we've gotten is that ~25 women have been excluded or so. And letters are going out.

Basically, Monica and them have been saying how they have so many women who can testify. So apparently Vic's legal team is working on keeping them out. I don't know for sure on this. I'd watch Nick's streams for more info
