Imagine, WW2. An office filled with industrial shredders, with a padlock on the door outside. The officers inside, forced to shredd everything relating to Germany-UK comms etc. They're not allowed to leave for a full 12 hours a day. Cant take anything with them or leave with anything with them. Thats our CIA. They started by destroying evidence.
