it is, I've been wracking my brain as to why twitter would 1) have data that needs to be exchanged, and 2) why they would use dm on the platform internally instead of externally
it's likely that the digits that come at the end are sequencing
e.g. : 0 messages all get concated together
: 1 is a new cipher and 1's get cat'd together
and so on and so forth
