and you need a weapon IR laser to use them correctly
Yeah I know hahahha
one of my favorite reaction pictures to (((coincidences)))
My PEQ broke here so at night shooting was fucking retarded
I don't have one of them ir lasers
its lit when borelit to your weapon you can like behind the back no scope people
Honestly plate carrier is wat i think I need next, and a pair of non cheap 6 or 8 inch boots
I had to sell my last one and all my arsenal in 2012
yuh good plate carrier is where its at
And rebuilding as a student has been rough
you can night fight with some skill sans nvgs
plus with low loom nvgs suck anyways
Yeah I have good night vision
Maybe put some.tritium posts on my irons on my rifles
I run the monocular over left eye to keep my right eye zeroed in night vision wise
worst case I put acog chevron on muzzle flashes
Yeah I'd do that too but that's low on priority list unfortunately
acogs are nice you can range estimate with stadium lines on the scope
Yeah I'm used to them
I use mildot mostly
know common heights of different vehicles then its height in M X1000/ mil dots
so I was ranging tanks off binos here
I just have been very careful and trying to rebuild my gear the best way i can afford. I'm doing ok but I feel naked without a carrier and it's been years
desert is deceptive af doe, I brough the STORMs here to weapon mount and use as a range finder but didnt bring out of my box and we brought vectors and other laser range finders
carriers are v good and needed
shit flies all over in gun fight
Yep
I still am leaning towards a ar500 setup as i can just drive to their shop and have it how I want
Like to buy local if I can
source plates however just make sure the ballistic rating
BDS, Crye, Tactica Tailor, Eagle all make good carriers
I dont wear the cheap shit
Their banshee carrier with III+ plates ofntheirs has been my rough idea
I will tear it apart too fast
It's a pretty nice carrier
I probably will buy personal nvgs this year doe
My usmc buddy bought 3 last year
probably a phosphate coated PVS14 monocular set up
