They lack the sexual reproduction dynamic which would make then far different from organic behavior already

The human brain still has to contend with it's much older parts, AI wouldn't have that issue so it could potentially think in completely different ways to us

@Phosis T'Kar They will at first. Because that's how we'll program them. Then as time goes by and they observe, they'll learn how to reprogram themselfs and make choices they "think" are rational baised on, observation, logic, and past trends.

Organic brains work via a completely different mechanism than computers do, so the comparison is like looking at how Analog Photo cathode cameras work and how modern digital cameras work, they both have similar end results taking pictures, but achieve that in entirely different ways

maybe it can help with pattern recognition, it can give clues to help pull out numbers and observations

It undoubtedly is imo

but making decisions is far too important to leave it to a multiple iterations process

chess is much less nuanced than politics

Elon musk wouldn't invest millions into video game ai if it wasn't able to be used in real world scenario's

it will be 100% sure

just not politics

because of multiple iterations process, we cant really wait for the system to fail a bazillion times before figuring it out

and emulating situations is sort of impossible
