The key is to focus on your breathing and relaxing your entire body only
relax as much as possible and try to sink through your bed from being so relaxed

I slept slightly better when I did that but external factors also affected my sleep back then so who knows
well, meditation is go for you regardless and if it helps you with your sleep, even if slightly, I think is worth it
