Before I took the red pill, I applied Plato’s theory of forms to what my ideal lover might be like. I have normal standards (don’t be fat, don’t be a bitch, I like dark hair, etc. and I don’t care about body as long as it’s not fat).
I then realized that what a man desires and what is manifested in reality are two entirely separate things and will never exist in reality. This is where waifus come into play. They’re psychological projections of a man’s reflection of himself (the anima only, but some parts of the shadow come out in tsunderes) combined with that particular man’s idealized version of femininity. One man might like The Innocent Virgin, or The Fertile Bride, or The Nurturing Mother (mommy gf), etc.
I swear this school is full of fucking idiots.
I have never heard the term toxic masculinity until I came across mgtow
“Try to be actually masculine” is a nonsensical statement.
There it s no try about it when you just are
“Try to actually breathe.” “Try to actually walk.” “Try to actually speak.”
His thot friend tried to argue it too, and she clearly doesn't understand how men or masculinity work.
Ontop of that your brains stores everything it sees and registers things it references them when it's trying to get to a positive outcome.

@lotodantes I find your comment about Plato's theory of forms very interesting.
Womyn
That’s like asking a child what they think it’s like to be an adult.
Femoid
XX chromosomes
Listening to women talk about shit they don't understand is funny as shit.
I'd say it's more frustrating that anything else
They don't ***understand***
Nah, it's frustrating when a man does it.

Hello chads
The reason I mention this is that media, especially TV dramas and movies are presented positively, music too. It makes your brain even more likely to save it as real and reference it in scenarios later on
Hence brainwashing
Hello Stacy.
Walking to the station - au revoir
Watching a ton of TV and movies is literally slowly brainwashing yourself because you are training your brain to reference fiction in its expected outcomes
Eh
Kinda
meh
@lotodantes Anima and shadow — good Jungian theory on waifu selection.
Yup
I've never heard the term toxic masculinity before mgtow but all the time I felt like just being a male in general makes you pretty subtly hated
I can see the part where it can, in theory, give you unreasonable expectations
yup
Read my whole section
@Kaiser Dion Napoleon Would be nicer if it was “subtly”.
that's only if you believe its real
It's not a huge thing, it's small and builds up over time
