@SFM_2046 I exploded L2 to S1 in my back about 6 years ago. I'm down to about 70% of the material left and I've done every core exercise you can imagine. Nothing ever beat squats and deadlifts on core strength for me.
you move to heavier weights at a decent pace you will be okay...if you live a lone and workout at home like me.....don't jum p to the extreme like someone is gonna save you from you not being strong enough

I already do something like that.......
You can speed up a bit to "if you complete the set, add 5", just... be careful.
live by self....I will just use my current method...once I get to reps of 12 I move on the bench press...once I hit reps of 50 I move on dumbells
