Honestly, thats the goal

2019-02-04 23:47:17 UTC

don't know haven't got that measured

2019-02-04 23:47:40 UTC

@frugalcasper the absolute top of the line dolls go for 6k to 10k

2019-02-04 23:47:45 UTC

Your weight divided by lift weight. Move the decimal up 2.

2019-02-04 23:48:02 UTC

@Rhunespire That's insanely cheap

2019-02-04 23:48:27 UTC

Which figure? 25k or 6k-10k?

2019-02-04 23:48:33 UTC

6-10k

2019-02-04 23:48:35 UTC

@Rhunespire The dolls that the doll house sells are fine for me for the price point. I just want serviceable hands. It would mostly be there to look pretty and occasionally get fucked.

2019-02-04 23:48:43 UTC

I only have a completely inaccurate digital scale so when i get a actual scale wll update you on that

2019-02-04 23:49:05 UTC

literally moved it two inches and drastic different measurment

2019-02-04 23:49:10 UTC

@frugalcasper as far as I know (because I dont have one) the hands are serviceable for that activity, but dont be too rough.

2019-02-04 23:49:14 UTC

digitals scales are shit

2019-02-04 23:49:24 UTC

And maybe some more models that are in the 5'4"-5'6" range.

2019-02-04 23:49:30 UTC

Ballpark is fine, man. Eh, maybe an easier question: are you lifting more than your bodyweight?

2019-02-04 23:49:40 UTC

yes

2019-02-04 23:50:12 UTC

Most dolls cap out at 5'6" in height BUT, the doll house does do custom orders for taller ones - like you wanted an amazon. Check with the Doll Forger for details.

2019-02-04 23:50:14 UTC

the only issue I have is the cold weather and the urge for greasy bullshit...I get it under control...but fuck man

2019-02-04 23:50:44 UTC

@Rhunespire because weight prolly

2019-02-04 23:50:45 UTC

@SFM_2046 You can eat whatever you want as long as you exercise routinely and vigorously - it boils down to portion control

2019-02-04 23:51:14 UTC

yeah kinda still thinking about that all meat det...but i think you die early from that

2019-02-04 23:51:24 UTC

@SFM_2046 Are you asking for oblique exercises for strength or trying to tone for appearance?

2019-02-04 23:51:37 UTC

strength fuck appearance

2019-02-04 23:51:38 UTC

I have a couple of liftbros who eat like pigs, but they lift like 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week

2019-02-04 23:52:17 UTC

@SFM_2046 Can't spot-fix appearance, anyway, which is why I asked. Drive up that squat and deadlift weight, then. No gloves, no braces, don't lift what you can't hold barehanded.

2019-02-04 23:52:58 UTC

got it

2019-02-04 23:53:22 UTC

I don't use gloves or braces anyway..read that if you want to improve wrist strength no handicaps

2019-02-04 23:54:05 UTC

You're also more likely to seriously fuck yourself up with handicaps.

2019-02-04 23:54:12 UTC

Yeah dont use the pussy belt and dont use the bar tampon

2019-02-04 23:54:15 UTC

^

2019-02-04 23:54:19 UTC

Concentrate on form and technique

2019-02-04 23:54:22 UTC

the weight will come

2019-02-04 23:54:33 UTC

just was wondering if anyone knew any oblique shit that I haven't found out

2019-02-04 23:54:45 UTC

You add too much too fast and you end up looking like those jackasses in the rack with the belts and tampons

2019-02-04 23:55:45 UTC

@SFM_2046 I exploded L2 to S1 in my back about 6 years ago. I'm down to about 70% of the material left and I've done every core exercise you can imagine. Nothing ever beat squats and deadlifts on core strength for me.

2019-02-04 23:55:45 UTC

you move to heavier weights at a decent pace you will be okay...if you live a lone and workout at home like me.....don't jum p to the extreme like someone is gonna save you from you not being strong enough

2019-02-04 23:56:08 UTC

squats and deadlifts for the win then

2019-02-04 23:56:25 UTC

If I could squat my way to full body fitness I would.

2019-02-04 23:56:46 UTC

@SFM_2046 I suggest adding 5 to 10 lbs in increments

2019-02-04 23:57:02 UTC

once I get rid of this fucking couch more room for activities<:pika:532090098578227200>

2019-02-04 23:57:07 UTC

lift that new weight until it becomes almost effortless, then add another 5 to 10

2019-02-04 23:57:27 UTC

I already do something like that.......
