well I do not make my own training program I have a trainer though the things I do are usually benching, dead lifts, farmers carrys, suitcase carrys, leopard crawls, all kinds of strechs, push ups and chin ups
there is some more but that is the general line

lost 100 pounds
though to be fair the ab stuff I think I might be eating a little too much even if my food is clean because I am still 18 percent body fat

since you can just bulk from were you are.
