Show max deadlift or soyboy

2018-09-23 11:33:21 UTC

I've only maxed 415lbs because I don't see the point in going higher.

2018-09-23 11:33:27 UTC

I don't power lift.

2018-09-23 11:33:44 UTC

More strength is always better

2018-09-23 11:34:37 UTC

500lbs seems good for deadlift, 400lbs for back squat (330lbs current), bench 300 (285 current), pullups (15 current haha working on it) and 150-200 overhead press (current 125 only)

2018-09-23 11:34:50 UTC

I do basic 5x5 strong lifts and rowing.

2018-09-23 11:34:51 UTC

Below parallel squat?

2018-09-23 11:34:55 UTC

Yes

2018-09-23 11:35:02 UTC

All good

2018-09-23 11:35:03 UTC

Ass to grass.

2018-09-23 11:35:09 UTC

o/

2018-09-23 11:35:12 UTC

I follow Mark Rippetoe's exact method.

2018-09-23 11:35:29 UTC

That's power lifting

2018-09-23 11:35:59 UTC

I'm at 19-20% bodyfat so I am dropping that to 15% or whenever abs are visible in the kitchen without giving up too much performance in gym.

2018-09-23 11:36:06 UTC

It is, isn't it? 😄

2018-09-23 11:36:48 UTC

Well, I don't want to go over 500lbs haha. It just seems it will start damaging my knees and other nonsense. 330lbs is already pretty good for squats.

2018-09-23 11:37:13 UTC

I'm mostly focused on these pullups. 15 without dropping and proper form is decent but not 25, which is the goal

2018-09-23 11:37:59 UTC

Did anyone get to see my question last night about finance?

2018-09-23 11:38:19 UTC

(US Specific) Outside of 401k, HSA, and IRA (after $73k switch from traditional to roth); are there any vehicles one can use to reduce tax liability? I know I could start my own company under my SSN (instead of EIN) and open a SEP IRA. I know annuities and life insurance products can be used but they're more susceptible to be changed by government policy and have much higher fees, also aren't as liquid. I know if I worked for federal/state/local government there would be pensions and other possibilities but let's assume a private civilian for this question.

2018-09-23 11:38:55 UTC

Does anyone else worth in technology, btw?

2018-09-23 11:44:38 UTC
