On Minimalism by Fumio Sasaki

I used to do Martial arts, So I ordered the Book of Five Rings and there was another book called Warrior Mind

I recently finished Mastery, I loved that book

The 50th Law was excellent too

When I started reading The Book of Five Rings, I found it hard to digest at the time. The Writing was really concise and dense

that's true

there's an annotated version though

I'll look into that one

with footnotes

I'll find the translator for that edition

Minimalism sounds cool

I'm thinking about getting a small house when I get enough money and a job to be able to fully support myself

I don't know about renting out a studio apartment, it would be hard to save money that way. Rent is expensive

i think there is healthy minimalism, for example i have a nice car, but i dont eat expensive and such

rent is expensive and set to inflate in the future. At least in some of the Australian market

How about Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu

If you are guaranteed a life of wealth, then rent is better because you are flexible, otherwise i agree to you

I got the Tao Te Ching as well, haven't finished it

I wish if wealth was easy to come by

When you listen to all these successful people talk about wealth and how to make money, there are always the same underlying themes

patience, hard work, mindset, etc

they all basically say the same thing...I've listened to Tony Robins, Gary V, and a few others

They make it seem easy, but it really isn't if you don't have any big ideas to act on or skills that bring value to the work

I find it hard to balance minimalist principles with the abundance mindset
