To gain muscle mass, you got to get sand from a beach and take that to supplement a peanut butter only diet. A few cigarette butts helps with replenishing nutrients too if you're lucky enough to find some in the sand shakes post workout
ALL the engineers I work with are over 40, obese (except one dude but he's still diabetic) and they're all T2 diabetic.
