hmm whats that limit @ColdEmbraceOfDeath

2018-11-12 12:34:13 UTC

Well, you can't get a place to stay as a bachelor here anyways, so rent is out of the question.

2018-11-12 12:34:20 UTC

Don't know, been awhile since I read about it.

2018-11-12 12:34:57 UTC

Serious question, do you think it'll ever reverse. Like how one could afford part time delivery boy job and pay for college and enjoy in 70s. Wages have been purely stagnant. Will we ever have wages increase to be have increased spending power. Or are we just headed to barely surviving unless I figure out how to work smarter rather than harder.

@legendpinnen isn't living in a major city closer to 2k a month?

2018-11-12 12:36:08 UTC

Not with women working, like you have twice the amount of labour and the same amount of jobs, so I doubt it.

2018-11-12 12:36:39 UTC

@ColdEmbraceOfDeath yea they halved wages but didnt double the work force

2018-11-12 12:37:00 UTC

@Madhawk1995 yea i think so the average in lets say dc is 2k

2018-11-12 12:37:40 UTC

I know NYC is closer to 3. And they are not impressive.

2018-11-12 12:38:25 UTC

then just dont live in a major

2018-11-12 12:38:33 UTC

unless you have to

2018-11-12 12:39:23 UTC

I personally don't want too. I enjoy fresh air land. Looking at houses PA. We'll see how that goes, my Buddy just moved it there.

2018-11-12 12:40:07 UTC

2018-11-12 12:40:38 UTC

2018-11-12 12:41:11 UTC

2018-11-12 12:41:21 UTC

2018-11-12 12:41:55 UTC

whats the minimum wage in the us?

2018-11-12 12:41:57 UTC

I'd rather have one of you guys as a roommate than a girl or a buzzfeed cuck.

2018-11-12 12:42:45 UTC

obvs

2018-11-12 12:42:51 UTC

They raised it around 7.61
But if you work for amazon or whole foods you get paid $15 an hour.

2018-11-12 12:43:14 UTC

some roomates could be good but id not risk it

2018-11-12 12:43:44 UTC

cuz if you leave they might get mad since the y now have to pay the full rent

2018-11-12 12:43:57 UTC

and who knows what theyll do then

2018-11-12 12:44:52 UTC

U are usually locked in to a contract that says you will be there for sure during that time period paying. You get out by finding a replacement. Its like a lease someone still gotta pay.

2018-11-12 12:45:43 UTC

Roommate only be mad if you find a scumbag to replace yourself and he's not a good person. Like makes mess etc. Doesn't clean up after self all that.

2018-11-12 12:46:04 UTC

Depending on area you have to pass a certain standard to live there like AirBNB.

2018-11-12 12:49:13 UTC

yea but even after the contract is done someone could get mad idk

2018-11-12 12:49:32 UTC

and during the contract you could get accused of several different things

2018-11-12 12:50:03 UTC

im in sweden so roomates are pretty much suicide

2018-11-12 12:50:24 UTC

Oh gawd

2018-11-12 12:50:50 UTC

What happens if you get accused? I don't know how it works there. I'm from U.S.

2018-11-12 12:51:07 UTC

idk either

2018-11-12 12:51:21 UTC

but apparently you dont get alot of time here for rape

2018-11-12 12:51:27 UTC

even if youre not an immigrant

2018-11-12 12:51:39 UTC

but the other stuff idk about

2018-11-12 13:09:00 UTC

Inflation, high taxes, useless social programs that accomplish nothing - its insane

2018-11-12 13:11:10 UTC

2018-11-12 13:36:47 UTC
