@Cordy The Robot overthinking should dwindle over time. I've been an obsessive thinker all my life. It's at it's worst during high school and right after graduation (or at least it was for me). Everyone telling you who to be, how to act, what's cool, college plans, jobs, women.
You're lucky you found MGTOW so early, you can cut a lot of that out.
You could try meditation first thing in the morning, to settle your mind. Reading books is also cool. Audiobooks ease the mind too.
My way was constantly giving less fucks.

@Cordy The Robot Three ideas that I started focusing on are... 1. Nothing really matters: in the grand scheme of things, only health, wealth, happiness and love for YOURSELF matters. Everything else is supplemental. 2. When things stress you out or make you think too much, remember that if it isn't gonna matter in five years, five months, five weeks, five days or five hours, why should it matter now? It doesn't 😃 . 3. Make a daily effort to have the best day every fucking day. Don't FORCE happiness. Don't "be" happy, live happy. Cut out toxic friends and family, set GOALS for yourself and just do it.
