when you self-actualise, doesn't it mean that you can now understand and see your potential - so you have a direction to go in

For me it was: First 25% before high school. Next 50% during high school. Last 25% from 18-25 years old.

I'm sure @shadowlessnexus has a clever definition for it.

I just see it as knowing yourself.

Seeing the big picture of life.

Understanding the world and your place in it.

yeah, ngl i think self-actualisation's definition for me is: knowing yourself and being completely honest about everything

self actualization is realizing that the only opinion that matters to your self worth. is your own. it also means that you validate yourself as a person and give that power to nobody else
