@Sigma I'm very basic in greco-roman wrestling/bjj/boxing so I understand it. I personally am a cheap bastard so $100-200/mo isn't worth it for me. I rather just be in good shape, able to handle a pistol/shotgun/rifle/knife and basic MMA principles.
I have no intention of competing yet. Once I have $300k invested, I will give myself a break to splurge a bit.

I used to do Athlean-X workouts, similar to crossfit in some ways, but it's a strength and conditioning program that gets in into peak athletic shape
