actually after a kid is weaned the sex of the parent is inconsequential...
Balance is key in all things. Too many things are unbalanced
ergh i dont think so in single parent homes in almost every risk factor its worse than in homes with both parents
Balance is the ๐
Single parent households don't do well
kids need close social contact for proper mental development until weaned... after that either sex can provide the needed environment...
actually if a man did it right he could replace the weaning process w//the same result...
technically there is nothing in human development that actually requires a female other than gestation and birth...
i am no expert in this field but women their high levels of estrogen the way it makes them act i do not think a man can replicate that .... again i am no expert so i could be wrong
the nursing and weaning process simply allow the appropriate neural development for socialization in later life...
@ziyauren you're actually right about that. A father can fulfill all motherly roles except birth, nursing, and being soft and snuggle... But a woman can barely accomplish fatherly roles
It's fun to theorize like that. We are influenced by emotions, behavior, and probably a bunch of other shit we don't know much about
that could, technically, be done w/out a woman
@matthias09 you're right, estrogen can't be replicated. But there's a reason men are XY and women don't have a Y
a bottle w/a great deal of social and physical contact could serve the same purpose
im not sure about it ill do some research about how children fare in single parent mothers vs father homes
Both fatherly and motherly (or male and female) traits reside in the male. In fact it's one reason why there are more males changing sex than female
So the male has the capacity to be a mother (except for birth and nursing) while the female doesn't have the capacity to be a father
the primary value of a natural womb is immune system related
im already getting some strong facts about that "2. Single fathers are more likely to be white, older, and somewhat better educated, compared to single mothers."
seems legit
also the 'other' factor in nursing
Furthermore, the NCFMR reports that single fathers are slightly more likely than single moms to have at least a bachelorโs degree (23% of single dads vs. 18% of single moms)
not much research on that in this culture but historcally boys were removed from mothers at a very early age and raised by fathers... no indication of harm in the process
it seems so far that single fathers are just more educated than mothers
Rights of passage for boys to transition into men
the problem is fathers r so unlikely to get their kids in this culture u can't get an apples to apples study going...
Single fathers are far more patient with kiddies
Rights of passage isn't a thing anymore
theres not alot of data from single dads
because there isnt alot of them
it should be
relative to single moms
@Sigma "rites" not "rights" though you do have the right to undergo a rite
it is the first thing women took away from men
