You don't need to disempower women by taking their voting right, Indian women have their rights for more than 2-3 decades, not like the birth rates have gone to shit, feminism as such doesn't exist in Japan and other parts, South Korea, doesn't have the same kind of a divorce courts, yet you see their birth rates going to shit. Problem is the cultural shift, not the change in the legal system or that women have their voting rights. Voting rights have zero correlation to what policies get implemented, based on studies, so yeah, blaming it on that is worth shit.
