@Commanda Knuckel I had the opportunity to take a puppy I took care of and I didn't because I knew it would be a hassle to me. I am OCD and selfish. I might get a dog later on but I will stay pet-free for as long as I can after I move out of roommate's zoo (4 dogs/1 cat).

@Kazemaru Oh, nothing new yet. It's just the entire project management team now being non-technical gossip driven women.

They literally ask for ELI5 breakdowns on every little thing every few minutes but then act like they're your boss. It's adorable.

The worst part is the new boss of PM is also a female and she's a self-proclaimed "go-getter." She sat down with me because I am leading 2 of the most complex projects and she doesn't know shit. Yet, I am supposed to report to her. Engineers have never needed PMs. It's just daily task of engineers to communicate properly.

I only like one of the PMs because she outright states she doesn't know shit and she's there to learn and she applies herself. She always tried to be useful, whereas the other PMs expect you to bring everything to them without any work on their part. They literally just book hours, resources and meetings. That's their entire job. It's a joke.

Use that to call HHH today, if possible. Thats a good material for a phonecall
