@fatugly The main issues are electrolyte balance (how much salt should I add), cost (ground beef and steak is not TOO expensive) and gout (glucose binds so without glucose it shouldn't be an issue - fructose is the main suspect). I mostly just want to try extreme shit and see how it goes.
