when you start a new role, how long do you usually have 'training' for?

I just really dislike sql

when i was at yahoo, my training was 6 months long

you have almost 3 weeks prep so you could look into it but if theyve hired someone with no experience in it then my guess is youll be trained

also - rn i'm not 100% sure that it's SSMS - would i still be in a strong position if i go in with just VBA, SQL, Access and fundamental database knowledge
