@Sigma As for me, I initially tried to look into getting a coding job. But prospects are dicey out here in SEA, so I've resigned myself to just working 17 hour days, 6 days a week, in my online gig. I hope to work for another 5-10 years or until it becomes too much to sustain.

well, i could make apps for small businesses. this may have been done: goto breakfast places and see if they want an app for people who want to place orders on their phone through the app
Better, if you get a good grasp on efficency and QR codes you could help small businesses set up an Alipay type menu. People just walk in, scan the code of what they want to order and its already paid for while the staff starts cooking.
Get a portfolio working and find a nice mid-range city to work in and you might have a business. If it works well for the first business then you can play keeping up with the joneses and really rake in the work.
Exactly, I'm thinking something like rising out of bed, Going through your phone, pick a resturant, order and pay, it updates tells you the food is ready, then boom
