im going to link the wiki article on discordianism, however note that it does say it was founded as a parody religion, however this is specifically talking about the discordianism based on the book, however the cult of eris has existed since the ancient greeks (granted they werent super chaotic, they would get crucified if they were, but they definatetly werent "normal")
