The Criminal Justice issues are def more Gender Oriented than Race when looked at from a broad perspective
so we all agree then that there should be crime punishment reform with more strict rules without judge variability on punishments. IE, a conviction on involuntary manslaughter should be 10 years no matter what not 10-30 given how the judge feels
