in our case , it was a 1980s constitution pushed by Pinochet, although he didn’t actually write it but the best constitutionalists our country had, and despite the constitution was changed and modfied by a socialist president on 2005 , they pushed the fact its a constitution funded on a opression

2019-12-02 21:43:16 UTC

Security teams don't have the right to determine what is a crime or not. @Brue

2019-12-02 21:43:27 UTC

same way the UK has people say the empire was the biggest evil of the world

2019-12-02 21:43:47 UTC

@SuperHeroDeluxe they merly watch crimes, alert people that they may be commiting crimes, and then reporting them to the police if they do not stop, no force is used

2019-12-02 21:44:09 UTC

@SuperHeroDeluxe the police are the final say

2019-12-02 21:44:31 UTC

No, judges are

2019-12-02 21:44:38 UTC

this is true

2019-12-02 21:44:48 UTC

i should say they do not use violence

2019-12-02 21:44:54 UTC

This isn't Judge Dredd

2019-12-02 21:45:14 UTC

Or intimidation

2019-12-02 21:45:26 UTC

so if theyre unarmed and clearly marked as police with no more authority than ordinary citizen, and only report what could be potentially criminal activity are they ok?

2019-12-02 21:45:34 UTC

if i see that my neighbors house has someone i do not know walking around the back, im going to approach him, stop him, and ask what he is doing

2019-12-02 21:45:43 UTC

marked as "mot" police

2019-12-02 21:45:47 UTC

not

2019-12-02 21:45:57 UTC

Sure, it's up to you. @Brue

2019-12-02 21:46:19 UTC

now i get a team together in my community, and we do that on a larger scale

2019-12-02 21:46:29 UTC

when does it become unethical for you

2019-12-02 21:46:32 UTC

3 people?

2019-12-02 21:46:33 UTC

6

2019-12-02 21:46:38 UTC

10?

2019-12-02 21:46:44 UTC

when they break the law

2019-12-02 21:47:08 UTC

When they pretend to have police powers and start intimidating people

2019-12-02 21:47:43 UTC

I don't care how many. It's the actions they take

2019-12-02 21:48:08 UTC

some people would say that the man holding the walrus tusk at the london bridge this weekend intimidated the suspect before police got there, and i say, good on them

2019-12-02 21:48:43 UTC

intimidation is relative

2019-12-02 21:49:19 UTC

im sure the feminist who sits in her bubble when told about something outside of it is intimidated

2019-12-02 21:49:46 UTC

should we never approach anyone for fear of intimidating them @SuperHeroDeluxe ?

2019-12-02 21:50:04 UTC

feminists today are intimidated by everthing

2019-12-02 21:50:10 UTC

it pays well

2019-12-02 21:50:30 UTC

@Frost509 its true, i think superhero would probably side with them according to his logic

2019-12-02 21:50:44 UTC

its relative as can be

2019-12-02 21:51:25 UTC

-----

2019-12-02 21:52:27 UTC

i am fairly certain if the man who was looking into my neighbors house heard me say that what he was doing was fishy and if he does not explain himself and have a good reason to do what he was doing i will report this to the police, he will be intimidated

2019-12-02 21:57:17 UTC

-------

2019-12-02 21:57:41 UTC

i ask these `what about` questions because it helps identify logical inconstancies @SuperHeroDeluxe

2019-12-02 22:08:48 UTC

Does it? Or does it just more likely explore the edges of a linguistic model?

2019-12-02 22:09:17 UTC

it does bolth, though I don't know what this conversation was about.

2019-12-02 22:09:31 UTC

It can do both, yes

2019-12-02 22:09:39 UTC

it's important to know how a system is going to deal with the edge cases.

2019-12-02 22:09:49 UTC

Sure

2019-12-02 22:10:07 UTC

It CAN be important
