I know i have seen video of people filming police just to film them and the police kinda freak out, I kinda understand it but the cops really should expect to be on camera at all times.
If i were doing a job like that I would have either a helmet cam or glasses cam so you had a good view of what i can see, those badge cams kinda suck, I would also have one on my gun that turns on as soon as its drawn form it's holster.
