Yeah, Fox News, apparently
In January of 2019, though
they keep moving the date
Ruth Bader Ginsburg (born on March 15th, 1933)[1] in New York City, was a Civil-Servant who was best known for being on of the more democratic Associate Justices on the American Supreme Court. Ruth died on Wednesday January 08, 2020 and her death was likely due to old age. She reportedly is a bit frail but the old bird is doing alright for the left. She was age 87.
Lol
You can cure just about anything with enough virgin christian goy blood.
Ginsburg is already dead, and we're just pretending she's alive.
Holy shit, she was diagnosed with colon cancer in 1999, pancreatic cancer in 2009, and obviously the two malignant tumors in her lungs two years ago. You wouldn't trust a person with that kind of health record to run a construction site, let alone be a member of the Supreme Court.
On top of other shit like pneumonia.
wait
you guys think that she's been replaced by a look alike?
LMFAO

Not if we're judging on meme ability
Judges having the ability to push nation-wide injunctions is retarded.
Judges enforcing the constitution is fine. The injunction was unlawful to begin with
A border wall is well under the umbrella of national defense. It should be payed for from military budget
A lower court judge managed to block this for I have no idea how long. So much of this garbage by activist judges end up getting reversed.
Specifically California lower court judges. They literally campaigned on trying up Trump in legal battles to stop him from doing any work. Setting aside the bullshit idea of elected judges
The Courts should not be used for political agendas... but they are.
The whole idea of the system we have was to keep as much of the government apolitical as possible
Courts always have politics in them
The US system just seems to readily accept this
We could reduce it allot by getting rid of judge elections
Sheriff too
I mean I don't think that would help
Because appointed judges are hugely political
yeah, at least they are accountable to someone in that case. for federal judgeships the appointment is lifetime. they are accountable to no one and therefore free to do whatever they wish to push an agenda
Make it a nomination system, meaning you don't get to put yourself forward
A petition in your name to run perhaps
I mean elections work via you getting nominations from others to get on the ballot
No, as it is anyone can run for whatever. They just have to declare intent
And be prepared to campaign
Dunno if that's true. Almost every election, even smaller ones tend to require an amount of people to nominate someone who wants to run.
