A lower court judge managed to block this for I have no idea how long. So much of this garbage by activist judges end up getting reversed.
Specifically California lower court judges. They literally campaigned on trying up Trump in legal battles to stop him from doing any work. Setting aside the bullshit idea of elected judges
The Courts should not be used for political agendas... but they are.
The whole idea of the system we have was to keep as much of the government apolitical as possible

yeah, at least they are accountable to someone in that case. for federal judgeships the appointment is lifetime. they are accountable to no one and therefore free to do whatever they wish to push an agenda
Make it a nomination system, meaning you don't get to put yourself forward

And for Congress I can agree with it. They've accumulated too much power, and have become disconnected, but they were supposed to be the closest connection to the public and what their concerns are. Judicial branch is supposed to be an unwavering apolitical keeper of the law.
