Because a basic part of human psychology is that we need to have a hierarchal system and place ourselves, preferably at the top, in that system. So they will lie, cheat, and steal to artificially place themselves above everyone else. Human history always trends towards the slave and master hierarchy.

Its important to never give a single entity too much power or else they will abuse that power to topple the power dynamics of the system in their favor. You want to find the perfect balance between power that the people hold and power that the state/government hold

The funny thing is, they've created their own silver bullet. The 'right' being the conservatives in response to the radical and unrepentant authoritarianism is slowly becoming more liberal and people are coming to understand that labour has died. Labour as we understood it, a party created to represent the interests of the working class, their concerns and to their benefit as it was envisioned at the beginning of the 20th century **is dead**. And in its place is this monster wearing its skin. And so I hope the Conservatives to fully move to being an English Liberal party, away from chasing labour's tail after Blair.

The labour party was just another communist party. Typical rhetoric full of lies, and they offer no solution. I don't get why people fall so easily for some political figure who REEEEEEEEs without offering any solution to their perceived problems. Like Bernie, that clown has never offered any solution to any problem that he rattles off ignorantly about.

2020-01-25 19:21:26 UTC

Well the Labour party after WW2 introduced the NHS.

2020-01-25 19:21:29 UTC

And that wasn't bad.

2020-01-25 19:22:01 UTC

If you can't quantity a problem and its important factors, and then cannot offer a viable solution then what these politicians are spewing is nothing short of doom-saying and they should be mocked and promptly ignored

2020-01-25 19:22:47 UTC

Sure, what I'm trying to say is that today's labour party is an entirely different beast to yesterday's.

2020-01-25 19:22:58 UTC

I don't see anyone lining up to go to the EU for health matters

2020-01-25 19:23:30 UTC

It's wearing the skin of its predecessor and pretending to represent the same people. But its just not true.

2020-01-25 19:24:23 UTC

I think you're mistaken. They simply just progressed themselves slowly into the true position they wanted to be in. They eased the populous into their soc/com ideology

2020-01-25 19:24:39 UTC

its the same shit the nazis and china etc did

2020-01-25 19:26:09 UTC

I disagree, the Labour party is older than say the USSR.

2020-01-25 19:26:13 UTC

just like a cult now that I think about it. They make promises they have no intention of making true on and they slowly expose you to more extreme things until its an acceptable thing. Instead of taking everything we want at once we will just slowly take bits at a time and lie about the "kick backs" we give unto you. Then by the time you realize whats happening they've taken everything

2020-01-25 19:26:22 UTC

It predates the massive cultural warfare they conducted.

2020-01-25 19:27:24 UTC

All political parties seek to dominate and then inevitably enslave. There is no government or state that doesn't seek to have all of the power

2020-01-25 19:28:05 UTC

Their end goal is power. Not protect or help the slave class

2020-01-25 19:29:29 UTC

damn, pretty bleak outlook...

2020-01-25 19:29:55 UTC

absolute power corrupts absolutely

2020-01-25 19:30:30 UTC

we've only ever seen that repeated out throughout history. Thats why you need the dichotomy of the nazis and communists fighting one another. It's the only way the slave class is even remotely free or protected

2020-01-25 19:31:18 UTC

2 parasitic entities fighting one another trying to control the host that is the slave class

2020-01-25 19:31:38 UTC

when NatSoc's and Commies fight eachother, thats when people are most free?

2020-01-25 19:32:48 UTC

when any multiple powers are fighting for domination is when they're the most free. Because the competing forces have to expend their efforts on fighting the opposition instead of enslaving the slave class

2020-01-25 19:32:55 UTC

That depends on the party though

2020-01-25 19:33:28 UTC

There are going to be politicians that really do want to help their citizens and sometimes you will have parties with that same goal

2020-01-25 19:33:37 UTC

Not all parties really want to dominate

2020-01-25 19:33:55 UTC

its better to assume malice and keep them in check

2020-01-25 20:00:35 UTC

article 13

2020-01-25 20:01:54 UTC
