no, spode, it's because it's illegal, so the strains that are sold are the strongest/highest yield, which also tends to be the smelliest
not when it impacts my own peaceful enjoyment they shouldn't
and because they want to get the product to market fast, they don't cure it well
So it's skunk that is the pungent one?
aye
yes
hence the name
Right, that makes sense
they also don't have many variaties in the market place because the demand is such that any weed will do
so people grow the fastest and strongest they can
smell, and passive smoking are covered by existing measure for cigarettes
so these really aren't legalisation issues
so the smell entering my property or ruining my enjoyment of my backyard will not be a problem?
and public places will be policed?
then i'm in
it won't be any bigger problem than any other smell
and yes
it already is tho
I can only speak for myself here, but undoubtedly there will be others in the same boat. I work in job that doesn't allow for drugs and I get tested regularly, but my only real opposition to legalisation is the stench. What I experienced in Toronto wasn't pleasant. If they can sort that out, then you're a lot closer to wider public support
your problem is one of population density
yes, you need to live in isolation
about 3 miles from the nearest person should do it
this is why you have a problem with the roads
you can make noise complaints so you should be able to make smell complaints
fair
i'm happy so long as it doesn't impact me
otherwise i'm not
and a noise complaint ain't going to fly if it's reasonable
The defacto position is on my side though, you have to persuade the majority that legalisation of weed won't impact them... if you don't do that, you've got no chance.
exactly
highly regulate it
to start with
then see public reaction
then judge what next
isnt it already prescribed medically
no
not really
in the UK
it's on the list
im pretty sure ive ehard of cases
