It was designed with controllers in mind
the dpad makes this easy
its on the same level as dark sould porting a game to pc and not changing the button prompts from the console version

if youre making a game that isnt going to work properly on keyboard

they literally just turned an opacity slider to 0 for ranger mode
I never used the throwables except for the knives for certain sections anyways
you should still have the option without needing a guide
