generally kicking etc they are scared by something and its not intentional
ours are trained well so it isnt a big deal sometimes they pick on eachother thats about it

for hunt I use field shoes with some tread bite for both pavement and mud, winter they weld like a strip of boron or something into them and it acts as anti icer or something on any icy surface
