I do fish oil, multivitamin, D3 in the morning

but im daywalker now

i would take fish oil but i just eat fish instead
although every once in a while it doesnt hurt
yeah actually dieting correctly is the better way

My health is absolute shit
but i just avoid red meat almost entirely
except for maybe restaurant orders
i also eat tons of egg
since we have chickens
no iron deficiencies in thsi family
i started taking fishoil after i read this, but i don't think it helped
at least it has other benefits
