start with an 8 hour window where you can eat later in the day
i can easily skip eating until evenings
yeah don't eat until 2-3
assuming you wake up at a reasonable hour
and cant sleep when hungry
if you're waking up 7-9AM and you want to do IF basically you have an eight hour eating window between 2pm-10pm
yeah thats a good slot to do it in my experience
