you should probably only go on diets like that when advised by a doctor
and that's usually if you have an excess of one thing or another in your diet previously
i have a terrible diet so i have pretty much no energy throughout the day
they become these ogre things
age-old diet tips are tried and true
eat more fruits and vegetables
avoid snack foods
move around and exercise more
yeah i don't even eat more than 1500 cal a day but its all absolute garbage food
so i'm changing that shit now
definitely try to reduce sugar and empty calories
and maybe stick to less processed food
