Seed oils have unbalanced omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, naturally it would be 1 to 1, but in these oils it's commonly as high as 20 to 1. This leads to chronic inflammation and has bad consequences down the line.
They're also unstable, when they're exposed to heat and light it creates trans fats and lipid peroxides.
Olive oil on the other hand, it increases testosterone, reduces risk of heart disease, lowers high blood pressure and many other things. In fact, in a study down in 2000 they had 65 individuals with high blood pressure and by the end of the 6 months of having 30 grams of olive oil a day, 35% of them were able to stop using their medication
