In stores you can find extra virgin olive oil , but this is not actually olive oil. it is commonly 10% olive oil and the rest is usually canola oil but there are other types of seed oils

Seed oils have unbalanced omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, naturally it would be 1 to 1, but in these oils it's commonly as high as 20 to 1. This leads to chronic inflammation and has bad consequences down the line.
They're also unstable, when they're exposed to heat and light it creates trans fats and lipid peroxides.
Olive oil on the other hand, it increases testosterone, reduces risk of heart disease, lowers high blood pressure and many other things.
