I need my venators
Is robot uprising an endgame crisis?
no
it's just an event that could happen
It used to be an endgame crisis
Meh, I took such a big production penalty because of that.
but was removed becuase it was pretty lame
On another playthrough, there was an empire of robots, they did nothing until the end, when I just had to take their ringworlds.
Play 2.0
Is good
I'm on 2.0
The loss of venators isn't enough to stop me from playing it
The mod author said it will be updated eventually
@nic I'll wait
They're currently working on a republic overhaul mod for 2.0
All they communicated was "we're accepting refugees on the Refugee Processing Sector", and the "Refugee Processing Sector" is just a blackhole. There were no non-robots on their ringworld.
The one thing I hate the most on 2.0 is the constant pirate attacks.
I stil got a 1.8 game to finish up @nic
Oh, another thing that is broken on 2.0, the mysterious fortress.
Is the enigmatic fortress borked?
That's no fun
@Deleted User lol maybe when you're done with it it'll be updated :^)
Just avoid the system with the fortress.
Right
Thanks for that
Right now, if you attack the fortress, it regenerates after a few seconds.
So you can never make progress with the events.
It's hard to even take your fleet out.
Because they keep turning back to shoot at the fortress.
Goddamn
That would be frustrating as all hell
That's why don't play ironman
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Ironman mode is gay tbh
Is there any legitimate justification to $60 video game titles? Or am I just being a cheap skate for not wanting to drop that on Far Cry 5?
I can't remember the last time I paid more than $40 for a vidya game
@Fitzydog there is none
don't
Ffffuuuuu
There arguably is because apparently games cost more to design, but I don't buy that excuse
Imo it's just so they can make more money of DLC and whatnot and have an excuse to half arse a game and "fix" it with DLC
60 imo is a fair price for a game
I Just don't pay it because I don't mind waiting to get it cheaper
