the thought is that Starkiller base was a planet that the Jedi once used to mine Kyber Crystals, hence the supercannon that uses kyber tech
yes, this is an old theory
and that it was originally out in the other half of the galaxy nobody can easily get to
doesn't change much though
and that the first order just used some old plans and turned the mining operation into a battle-cannon
>the thought is...
So just unconfirmed fan theories?
again, if you can't understand stuff in the movies without outside material, your movie sucks
the thing that noonse seems to mention, and that gives me the shits, is how... what's his face, the black guy, his character
We clearly see he is a stormtrooper
Exactly nic
Finn
supposedly raised from birth to be one or some shit like that
right.
why does Finn not know about first order tech
But he does?
And towards the end of the movie he basically says he was a janitor.
*nnnnnnnooooooooooooo*
He said he spent time *as a janitor* on starkiller base
and why does he not immediantly tell the resistence about it as soon as he defects
I can guess, based on the fact he's been in the FO since beign a kid
just *maybe*
he was a janitor first
and *then* was trained as a soldier
so then starkiller base is at least 10 years old
Unless you think there's a legion of 12 year iolds with blasters out there
and was never detected
you're being extremely generous with the character 🤣
Now you’re just making excuses to make it hurt less
^
but my biggest issue with finn is
unknown regions doe @nic
there's all sortsa crazy shit out there
why doesn't he *immediantly* tell the resistance all the information they need
Because he's a pussy
like, idk, the first order having hyperspace trackers
and wants to save rey and gtfo
which is bullshit tech
It was a line put in there for a Joss Whedon-style comedy bit, which in my opinion further undermined the character
He doesn't know about the trackers
he's just a soldier
