As long as it isn't being done for the sake of it, and especially not if it's an external force (ie the state) rumbling in and forcing companies to do so
as long as the workplace isn't the military, police, fire brigades, and a select other few industries, me neither
This presentation at least attempts to make *some* sort of effort to be like 'hey, you guys'll make more money this way'
